Returns Address / No Returns Label


Not the mug for you? It's ok, we understand, so you have 30 days from when you receive your order to make a return. No need to fill in forms or ask us for a Returns Number, it's hassle-free, just send it back!

We're always here to answer any queries you might have about returning your order.

Please note that it is your responsibility for the cost of returning your order.

How to Return

  1. Place your Order Slip into the mug. (one of the mugs if it's a multi mug order)
  2. Secure tightly and stick returns label to one side.
  3. Post back to us.

That's it; we'll refund you automatically once the order arrives at our warehouse.

Important

If your order is damaged, then please contact us as we don't require broken mugs to be returned.
    Use a Tracked Service or obtain a Certificate of Posting (from the Parcel Shop or Post Office) so that we can help you if your return goes missing in the postal system.


      Refunds

      You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method once we have received and processed your return. It can take up to 5 working days to process your refund; it may take longer to appear in your payment account.
