We use a mixture of Royal Mail and DPD, depending on how many mugs are in your order and where it is being delivered.
Most orders for delivery within the UK are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (or Special Delivery by 1pm if you choose to upgrade) and we use Royal Mail International Tracked for delivery outside of the UK.
Yes, once your order dispatches from our warehouse we'll email you, in that email will be a link to your orders status page where you'll find a tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will take you to our delivery partners website.
Sorry, this can sometimes happen with ceramics, contact us at email@example.com with your order number or reply to your orders confirmation email with a photo of the damage and we will either arrange a refund or send out a replacement if that's what you'd prefer.
We take Data Protection very seriously so will be unable to divulge customer account information without their direct permission, however we can contact them and ask them to make themselves known to you in some circumstances.
No, if you would like to return your order because you have changed your mind then you will need to pay the return costs. If your order arrives damaged, then please contact us as we don't require broken mugs to be returned.
