- The cut off time for same day dispatch is 4pm for most orders, larger orders may take longer.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, orders placed after the 4pm cut off time on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- We do not currently dispatch orders on Weekends or Bank / Public Holidays.

With Royal Mail delivering your order you gain access to great features like Delivery Tracking with a GPS Map that shows the final location of delivery, Text, Email & App Notifications. (App notifications require you to have Royal Mail's App installed on your device)
Easy in-flight Delivery Options that allow you to arrange the delivery to suite you, you can even have your order delivered to a Royal Mail collection point for collection when convenient.
Mainland UK Delivery
You can choose one of the following methods at the checkout:- Standard - Delivery in 2 to 4 days via Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Express - Delivery in 1 to 3 days via Royal Mail Tracked 24
None Mainland UK Delivery
For delivery to the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, other parts of the Channel Islands, remote parts of Scotland and anywhere else that isn't classed as "UK Mainland" then delivery may take longer than stated above.International Delivery

Returns
- We don't require broken mugs to be returned.
- Personalised mugs cannot be returned.
Not the mug for you? It's ok, we understand, so you have 30 days from when you receive your order to make a return. No need to fill in forms or ask us for a Returns Number, it's hassle-free, just send it back to our returns address below.
Please use a Tracked Service when making a return so that we can help you if your return goes missing in the postal system, if you cannot prove you have sent the return then we may not be able to refund you.
